Cooling Tower
Cooling tower is drained of all fluid and careful attention is paid to dry out all fill. The tower is then blasted, grinded, brushed, hosed and completely cleaned prior to coating. In many cases large pits are either filled or repaired depending on depth and severity of corrosion.
Epoxy coating is spray applied in 3-4 coats paying careful attention to thickness of lining. It is not necessary to line past where the fluid sits inside the tower, though we go well past this point to ensure sufficient coverage. All ducts, support beams and inlets are thoroughly coated.
