Garbage Chutes
Our system cleans the garbage chute to a near new condition, cleaning the entire chute, not just at the doors. Our solution leaves the building with minimal down time (hours not days) to get the most effective results short of a completely new installation. Here is how we do it:
- The chute is treated with a hospital grade germicide to kill germs, viruses, bacteria, mould and mildew.
- Blast the chute to remove grease and garbage build up. This also removes eggs and nests of roaches and insects.
- Apply an odour counteracting agent which will eliminate odours.
- Blast dumpsters and compactors.
- Complete inspection and repairs if needed of system.
- Get the system back online.
All chemicals used are environmentally friendly, phosphate and carcinogen free.
